Colorado College Club Nordic Ski Team

CC Nordic is deliberately broad: its roster can include nationally competitive skiers and classmates learning their first classic stride. Elected captains handle training, race entries, paperwork, and club-sport compliance, making it a genuinely student-run program rather than a coached varsity team. No previous Nordic experience is required, fewer than half of practices are mandatory, and every race is optional.

Those who want competition race in the USCSA Rocky Mountain Conference and can qualify for the collegiate national championships. That flexibility is the point of the club—newcomers receive a path into the sport while experienced skiers can pursue serious results without dividing the group into separate recreational and racing organizations.
