CSU Snowriders

Snowriders is for CSU students who want people to ski or snowboard with, not a race-team commitment. The club welcomes everyone from first-day beginners to expert riders and uses mountain events, ride sharing, and trips to turn a large campus into a winter community. Its posted program has included Ikon-resort meetups, a weeklong Jackson Hole trip, a Colorado spring weekend, and limited backcountry hut and day outings.

The club stays active off snow too, hosting restaurant gatherings, film premieres, field meetups, and an on-campus rail jam. Sponsor discounts and student pass access are part of the membership pitch, but the defining feature is social connection: helping students find rides, trip partners, and friends for a full winter rather than coaching them for a competition circuit.
