About Boulder Nordic Team
Boulder Nordic Team serves skiers from Boulder County and the north Denver metro through year-round, tiered coaching. Beginners can enter classic-only or classic-and-skate learn-to-ski groups; Devo adds technique, games, and adventure skis; older competitors build toward race preparation and Junior National qualifying. Winter practices usually happen after school and on weekends at Eldora Nordic Center, with occasional in-town sessions at North Boulder Park after a storm.
Dryland running, rollerskiing, strength work, and mental-performance coaching extend the season beyond snow. The club is board-supervised and volunteer-run, so families contribute to team operations and the annual ski swap. Professional head coaches are joined by former collegiate racers and team alumni, creating a pathway that values long-term participation as much as results.
