01 / CLUB PROFILE
About Sno-Jets Ski Club
Sno-Jets Ski & Adventure Club has been part of Colorado Springs since 1952 and describes itself as Southern Colorado’s oldest not-for-profit ski club. More than 150 active members take part in volunteer-organized resort trips, with recent seasons including Aspen/Snowmass, Copper, Steamboat, and a Summit County ski safari. A longstanding Vail weekend combines shared lodging, mountain time, a welcome gathering, and a club dinner.
From October through April, meetings every other Thursday mix club news with games, conditioning, speakers, and social time. The September membership kickoff is the largest annual party, and a Spring Into Summer barbecue marks the shift into hiking, biking, camping, pickleball, concerts, canoeing, happy hours, and other activities. Membership is for adults 21 and older, with a lower-cost summer option for people who want to try the community first.
